Software Engineer 3 @ Ultimate Kronos Group

Jun 2026 — Present

Enterprise workforce-management platform — performance, messaging and LLM tooling on real infrastructure.

  • Cut legacy API latency by up to 40% — profiled hot paths (N+1 queries, redundant serialisation, chatty DB access) and introduced Redis caching for read-heavy lookups.
  • Architected a support API that consolidates scattered RabbitMQ topic listeners into one observed service — topic-based routing, de-duplication and shared error handling, so new topics are onboarded by configuration rather than new listener code.
  • Designed and maintained PostgreSQL data-correction patches for enterprise workforce-management apps, with dry-run mode, row-count guards and rollback scripts before anything touches production.
  • Built MCP servers for Kubernetes, Jira and Salesforce — typed, permission-scoped tools (read-only defaults, allow-listed fields, explicit approval for writes) that let Claude query pods and logs, manage tickets and pull CRM context.
  • Authored Claude Code skills for the team: a GitHub workflow skill (branches, PRs, reviews and release notes with the team's conventions built in) and a hot-patch skill that runs the Gradle build, finds the freshly built JARs and swaps them into running Kubernetes pods and HA machines (Tomcat WEB-INF/lib) with automatic backups and one-command rollback — a 15-step manual sequence became one command.
  • Put Claude into the support-ticket workflow — triage, severity suggestion and runbook-grounded root-cause hints, with an engineer approving every reply; partnered with support and product on the triage rules.
  • Shipped an issue-context agent that searches Confluence, Jira and related sources for an incoming issue and returns a cited context brief, cutting investigation time.

Software Engineer @ Amazon

Jul 2024 — Jun 2026

Owned multi-region logistics services and the Electronic Proof of Delivery platform across India, Brazil, UAE and KSA marketplaces.

  • Owned design and operation of multi-region fault-tolerant microservices powering logistics workflows — about 30% higher reliability.
  • Designed region-local processing with idempotent consumers, retry with back-off and dead-letter queues, so a regional incident degrades gracefully instead of blocking deliveries.
  • Engineered the extensible APIs and data models behind the Electronic Proof of Delivery platform, cutting manual verification 30–40% across India, Brazil, UAE and KSA.
  • Defined versioned, backward-compatible API contracts and event schemas for EPOD so downstream marketplace teams could integrate without coordinated releases.
  • Led the end-to-end legacy compliance → service-oriented migration — 25–35% lower latency; authored the design docs and sequenced the cut-over so old and new services ran side by side with zero downtime.
  • Improved notification reliability and observability 20–30% with structured logging, CloudWatch dashboards and alarms — alerts moved from "customer reported" to "caught before impact".
  • Explored AI-driven log analysis and anomaly detection for faster incident resolution; carried the on-call rotation and drove root-cause analyses for recurring incidents.

Software Engineer @ Accenture

Backend services for banking-onboarding platforms handling high-volume customer workflows; recognised with the “Client Value Creation” award.

  • Built REST services in Java / Spring Boot for banking customer-onboarding journeys — KYC steps, document capture and account creation — serving high daily volumes.
  • Externalised eligibility and validation rules into a rule-driven workflow engine, improving onboarding efficiency by about 15% and letting business changes ship without code deployments.
  • Hardened data validation and backend integrations with core-banking and third-party verification systems — error handling, retries and idempotency — reducing manual errors by about 30%.
  • Owned the automated integration test suite for critical onboarding flows and wired it into CI, raising coverage and giving releases a reliable go/no-go signal.
  • Handled production support and defect triage for the onboarding platform in an agile team with QA and business analysts.
  • Recognised with Accenture's “Client Value Creation” award for the banking-onboarding work.
